We have become aware of fraudulent emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communications falsely claiming to represent IHC. These deceptive activities involve unauthorized channels being used to request sensitive information, solicit investment opportunities, or falsely claim to seek tender submissions on behalf of IHC. Some may even request financial details or transfers as part of fabricated bidding or investment processes.

Please be advised that all official communication from IHC is conducted exclusively through our verified corporate domain (@ihcuae.com). Additionally, all official disclosures are published on our website here and on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) website here. IHC does not use WhatsApp for official communication.

If you receive any suspicious emails, messages, or requests, do not engage, share any information, or transfer funds. Instead, report the incident to your local authorities.
