She is the Executive Director of the Ghadan 21 program at the Abu Dhabi Executive Office. She leads the strategic planning for the government’s three-year, AED 50 billion investment program that is working to accelerate Abu Dhabi’s economy. As part of the role, she oversees the development and management of government wide initiatives under the four pillars of the program including: Economic, Knowledge, Social and Livability.
She also serves as the Acting CEO of Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO). She leads ADIO’s comprehensive strategy to increase Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to Abu Dhabi and enhance private sector participation in strategic growth projects.
Prior to this, She was a Director of the Mubadala Investment Company, focusing on Mubadala’s Technology and Industry portfolio. Her responsibilities included building investment/entry strategy, business development, value creation, and post-acquisition asset management. During her time at Mubadala, she also served as a member of the GLOBAL FOUNDRIES Board of Directors. She also sits on the board of the Khalifa Fund.
Her experience also includes working for JPMorgan as part of the Global Diversified Industrials Team based in London, handling M&A transactions in chemicals, metals and mining, and infrastructure. She also worked for the Impetus Trust as an investment manager, screening and investing in social businesses and charities with distinct and scalable business models.
She holds an MSc from the School of Social Policy at the London School of Economics, Bachelor of Business from the American University in Dubai and earned several distinctive awards including scholarships for both her degrees.
